Everyday luxury in gold leaf
As part of Chatswood Chase’s ongoing transformation, I was commissioned to gild branded messaging across 5 windows for an elegant French brasserie on the Level 1 fashion precinct. The mirror gold leaf finish feels classy and premium. It also reflects the centre’s commitment to elevated, handcrafted signage throughout.

Here the gold leaf has been laid on the back of the glass with the design hand painted on top in backup black. With the paint left to cure overnight, the excess gold can then be carefully removed which reveals the design in the beautiful gold leaf mirror finish.
